Full Stack Software Engineer II

• Build and enhance internal tools, consumer-facing websites, and newsletter experiences
• Collaborate with the engineering team on code reviews and setting development best practices
• Work with Product Managers and Designers to implement business requirements
• Engage with stakeholders to identify and solve technical challenges
• Propose and implement new tools and technologies to meet product objectives

• 3+ years of software engineering experience focused on production-ready code
• Proficiency in a modern JavaScript framework such as React or Next.js
• Experience in a backend language like Go or Python for API development
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement RESTful or Graph
  
  QL APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with service-based architecture
• Proven track record of taking ownership of technical initiatives from start to finish
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms like AWS or Digital Ocean
