• BS Degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading dynamic engineering teams
• Over 10 years of full‑stack software development experience with a focus on AI
• Strong familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced NLP solutions
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, unstructured environment

• Experience in IoT, embedded systems, robotics, or real‑time systems
• Proven track record in client‑facing solutioning and user research
