Engage in continuous improvement of backend development practices

• Write and review high-quality, maintainable backend code using Java 17 and Spring Boot
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for enterprise and mobile applications
• Understand business use cases and technical requirements to create robust backend solutions
• Integrate and customize solutions using the Backbase platform
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, architects, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

• Minimum of 7 years of total experience in backend development
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java 17 and core backend development
• Proficient in building microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
• Hands‑on experience with the Backbase platform, including service orchestration and SDK customization
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
• Knowledge of relational databases and No

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern Dev Ops practices
• Strong understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and code quality standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
