- Strong understanding of browser performance profiling and rendering limitations
- Experience with real‑time communication technologies and agile development environments
- MS Degree in Computer Science or similar technical field
- Experience with 3D and immersive web technologies like Three
JS or WebXR - Proven experience with AWS cloud services and designing scalable cloud‑native architecture
- Basic experience with AR, VR, and MR technologies
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and driving technical strategy
