• Architect and deliver AI agents and automations using Salesforce Agentforce and other AI platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine AI use cases and brainstorm prototyping ideas
• Develop, test, and debug applications using programming languages such as Apex, JavaScript, and Python
• Create and maintain technical documentation for builds and AI agents produced
• Mentor and onboard junior to intermediate application engineers while reviewing their work

• Over 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining applications that integrate with Salesforce
• Hands‑on experience building Agentforce AI agents and creating intelligent process automations
• Solid experience writing clean code using JavaScript, Apex, Python, etc.
• Proficient in Dev Ops processes and tools, including GITHUB
• Certifications:
  
  Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification

• Experience building AI agents on other AI platforms
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System or other UI frameworks like React or Angular
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms
• Understanding of Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA) and SaaS product development
• Experience with on‑call responsibilities for production‑grade systems
