• BS/BA degree, preferably in Computer Science
• Minimum of 2 years post‑graduation engineering/development experience in a fast‑paced, agile environment
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin, JVM‑based programming
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment and drive projects from concept to release

• Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD)
• Experience with Iterative Software Development principles
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Previous involvement in consumer lending or blockchain projects
