• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of programming experience in relevant technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Full technical knowledge of all phases of application development including analysis and programming
• Ability to independently evaluate and analyze unique complex technological issues

• Exceptional hands‑on coding skills in C#, .Net stack, and REST APIs
• Experience in end‑to‑end ownership of building enterprise‑grade software applications
• Comfort in managing production environments, including deployments and incident resolution
• Proven ability to act as a technical liaison between stakeholders and design teams
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure Dev Ops tools
