• Design, develop, and maintain features of the Ally product
• Communicate and partner cross-functionally with product and software development teams
• Establish engineering best practices and influence architectural direction
• Solve complex and high-impact problems in collaboration with product, engineering, and senior stakeholders
• Work with backend programming languages and cloud technologies

• 10-12 years of relevant experience in software engineering
• Strong command of backend programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
• Familiarity with the full-cycle development process and cloud technologies
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools (Jenkins or Azure Pipelines)

• Experience leading a team in a software product company
• Command line scripting knowledge in a Linux-like environment
• Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS) and version control systems (Git)
• Experience with functional programming languages such as Haskell or Scala
• Interest in front-end development (Angular)
