• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high‑performance solutions that deliver measurable value to clients
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements that improve team efficiency, quality, and delivery outcomes
• Mentor Technical Consultants, promoting best practices and cultivating a culture of learning and innovation
• Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers and technical teams
• Provide technical issue resolution for escalated project and support incidents and tickets

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in ERP software implementations
• Proven track record in delivering outstanding technical solutions and customer presentation skills
• Experience developing with C#, .NET, and SQL
• Relevant post‑secondary qualification or substantial relevant work experience
• Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing with an in‑depth understanding of related business processes

• BS in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent experience (8+ years) in a Software Development Role
• 8+ years of experience delivering customizations for ERP platforms, with an emphasis on Finance and Operations
• 5+ years of experience designing and architecting ERP customizations
• Expertise in SQL performance tuning, .NET, and C#
• Experience in coaching and developing team members, including conducting code reviews
