Software Engineer II, iOS

• Design and build features in the employer's iOS app to enhance on-trail navigation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from design and product management
• Identify and resolve bugs to ensure app performance
• Deliver reliable, scalable, and secure code while monitoring performance
• Address scaling issues in the app's infrastructure

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing native iOS applications
• Significant experience with Swift and Objective-C
• Proficiency with XCode, including Auto Layout, and familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of iOS concurrency techniques and proficiency with Git/Git Hub

• Experience with mapping/GIS technologies
• Familiarity with developing for Apple Watch
• Knowledge of ARKit
• A keen eye for interaction design
• Proven ability to learn new technology and processes quickly
