• Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models to enhance quality assurance processes
• Identify emerging on‑road issue trends and develop data‑driven strategies for issue discovery and monitoring
• Serve as the link between AI/ML development and operational execution, defining new policies and Standard Operating Procedures
• Implement robust quality control processes for human and AI‑generated outputs, ensuring integrity and performance validation
• Provide technical leadership and consultation to stakeholders to improve workflows and quality assurance measures

• BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations
• Competency in supporting all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle
• Experience with ML testing and validation, including dataset quality assurance and performance evaluation
• Ability to quickly learn and implement new concepts and tools, with a strong understanding of driving rules and regulations
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekends and holidays

• Demonstrated strong execution with the ability to drive outcomes
• Experience working with offshore teams or multiple local operations hubs
• Basic SQL querying skills
• Competency in LLM/transformer models or ML for robotics domain experience
• Self‑motivated with skills in task planning and time management
