Feasibility Associate

• Salary up to $101,200 annually

• Maintain detailed records and manage internal libraries and databases while staying informed of current scientific and clinical research
• Support the clinical trial team by ensuring smooth site selection and set-up and assist in achieving patient enrollment goals
• Participate in feasibility assessments for clinical trials, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the collection and delivery of feasibility data
• Track communications with sites and manage the investigator database to ensure accurate information is captured

• BA or BS preferred; relevant job experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
• Proven experience in clinical trial processes and feasibility assessments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and extrapolate data effectively
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders
• Experience in managing databases and maintaining accurate records

• Previous experience in a biopharmaceutical or clinical research environment
• Familiarity with site feasibility processes and patient recruitment strategies
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in clinical trials
