• Manage the sales process for assigned accounts, from prospecting to closing deals
• Develop new business through outbound outreach and partner collaboration
• Support senior sales leaders in managing large enterprise accounts
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of sales experience in software, IT services, or a related industry
• Proven success in managing a sales pipeline and closing deals in the $50K–$250K range
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills with C-level stakeholders
• Proficient in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce

• Previous inside sales or SDR/BDR experience
• Familiarity with consultative and value-based selling methodologies
• Highly motivated self-starter with a track record of exceeding targets
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Adaptable and eager to develop into a senior sales role
