Responsibilities
  • Serve as the product domain expert, supporting Account Executives and their prospects throughout the entire sales lifecycle
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge to customers and prospects, clearly highlighting the employer s differentiating advantages
  • Support sales efforts with "Proof of Concepts" (POCs) and design custom demo environments
  • Assist Account Executives with RFPs & RFIs, and help create Statements of Work (SOW) and budgetary estimates
  • Periodically advise existing customers on technical matters and opportunities for service or product upsells
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Services space, including roles in Fin Tech deployment, sales engineering, or solutions architecture
  • Prior experience in deployment, product, engineering, and/or client success at SaaS companies
  • Bachelor s Degree
  • Deep understanding of investment management and modern software architecture
  • Proven ability to manage complex relationships and adhere to timelines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Data Lakehouse and API concepts
  • Effective oral and written communication skills suitable for all organizational levels
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospective clients simultaneously
  • Flexibility to travel on short notice (20%+)
