- Manage an average of 30 inbound calls per day focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
- Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies to meet customer needs
- Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to analyze customer requests and provide appropriate solutions
- Complete daily assignments and training activities to achieve success in the program
- Adhere to the employer's employment policies and procedures, ensuring professionalism in the workplace
- Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
- Ability to handle 30-40 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment
- Strong independent work ethic and ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Must maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
- High-speed broadband internet connection with specified upload/download speeds
- Inbound sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is advantageous
