Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients utilizing commercial card or merchant services
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of clients with a strong emphasis on retention and satisfaction
  • Monitor client spending and identify opportunities for incremental growth
  • Collaborate with Treasury Management Consultants and Commercial Card Consultants to share sales activities and referrals
  • Promote cross-sell services and technology enhancements to improve client engagement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of Commercial Card/Merchant or related product sales experience, or a combined minimum of 9 years of education and/or experience in a similar field
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for client growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain strong client relationships
  • Adherence to compliance and operational risk controls
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous account management experience in the banking or financial services industry
  • Familiarity with industry benchmarking tools and data analytics
  • Experience in promoting technology enhancements and cross-selling services
