What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and coach a team of 6-8 Enterprise Account Executives in the Financial Services and Insurance sectors
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and growth
  • Oversee complex sales strategies, pipeline management, and opportunity development
  • Conduct meaningful contract negotiations and manage multiple relationships simultaneously
  • Provide ongoing training and mentoring on sales strategies and product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years managing an enterprise-level sales team
  • At least 6-8 years of individual enterprise-level sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding quarterly team quotas
  • Experience with complex contract negotiations and using MEDDIC sales processes
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required

  • Experience using  and ensuring system compliance
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve breakthrough results
