• BA/BS degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing)
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
• Bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English
• Willingness and ability to travel upwards of 50%-60% throughout the assigned territory
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or related roles

• Experience in the assigned market and steel ropes is preferred
• Strong customer service orientation and market analysis skills
• Project management and negotiation skills
• A competitive mindset and passion to win
