What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Coach a team of approximately 8 account executives on sales strategy and achieve quarterly targets
  • Hire and onboard new account executives while providing ongoing coaching for their growth
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to solve problems and manage projects
  • Create content for ongoing training and development of the sales team
  • Provide clear feedback and support for account executives through professional development plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 3+ years of sales experience with proven performance in complex selling from prospecting to closing
  • 1‑2+ years of experience managing a team preferred
  • Strong track record of over achievement in coaching a team focused on outbound sales
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort with public speaking
  • Proficiency in data‑driven decision‑making and familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC)
