Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage a high-performing sales team to meet productivity metrics
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth in the region
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering for effective product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
  • Forecast revenue performance to executive leadership through disciplined deal inspection
Qualifications
  • Must be located in Chicago, IL
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software solutions
  • At least 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business acquisition
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience in demand generation and customer acquisition
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of translating technical features into business value
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale)
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales transactions over $100K+
  • Proven ability to establish relationships with executive-level customers and partners
