Account Executive, SMB Sales - Toledo, Cleveland

• Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to recommend wireless solutions
• Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
• Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
• Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
• Experience in outside B2B sales
• Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

• Experience in a commissioned sales environment
• Proven track record in delivering superior customer service
• Strong negotiating and closing skills, with a focus on emotional intelligence and problem-solving
