• 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales
• Proven track record of exceeding quota in a consultative sales environment
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline through prospecting and strategic outreach
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce with strong forecasting skills

• Undergraduate degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered
• Experience in managing complex, high-value deals
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Adaptable to changing circumstances and capable of driving internal consensus
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
