Field Sales Director - Education

What to Expect

• Develop and execute account strategies and business plans aligned with education initiatives to generate qualified opportunities
• Create go-to-market demand creation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Qualify prospects' security priorities and effectively communicate the value of the employer's offerings
• Establish connections with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CISOs, and CAOs
• Track and report on sales opportunities while exceeding revenue and pipeline targets

• 8+ years of sales experience selling software security solutions within Higher Education
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing relationships with senior executives
• Experience selling Cloud Cybersecurity SaaS solutions in the Higher Education market
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions succinctly
• Ethical standards and professionalism in dealings with customers and partners

• Success in communicating the cybersecurity value proposition to government executives
• Experience executing an evangelical sales approach at a startup
• Exposure to large deals with annual recurring revenue exceeding $200,000
