What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company goals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers, distributors, and contractors
  • Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and provide regular reporting on sales activity
  • Lead and coach sales representatives, supporting their development through mentoring and training

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales with progressive leadership in regional or territory roles within the plumbing and drainage industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing large geographic territories
  • Experience working with plumbing engineers, contractors, and manufacturer sales representatives
  • Strong financial acumen in budget forecasting and variance analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with contractors and distributors
  • Strategic sales planning and quota management experience
