What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and scale the Group Sales program, ensuring structured pipeline management and accountability
  • Develop and coach a team of 5–8 Group Sales Account Managers to foster a high‑performance sales culture
  • Own total revenue contribution from the Group Sales channel and drive predictable performance
  • Implement AI‑driven workflows to enhance productivity and deal velocity
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support inventory planning and ensure seamless execution for business accounts
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 7+ years of B2B, outbound, or account management sales experience
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience in a quota‑carrying environment
  • Proven success in closing complex and high‑value strategic accounts
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in executive‑level relationship management
  • Ability to build structure, process, and accountability within sales teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in retail, ecommerce, or the outdoor industry
  • A player‑coach mindset with a passion for both leading a team and selling
  • Comfort operating in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments
