What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to introduce the employer's offerings
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to set up introductory calls and manage lead hand-offs
  • Support marketing campaigns with timely follow-ups and execute outbound communication strategies
  • Articulate business benefits, respond to objections, and identify sales opportunities
  • Utilize CRM and sales technology for accurate activity recording and lead management
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2+ years of experience in an SDR to AE handoff sales role, preferably in software or technology
  • Experience in Payments, Incentives, Loyalty, or Financial Technology is a plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sales Loft, Zoominfo, Linked In Sales Navigator, Gong
  • Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with senior stakeholders
  • Results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • College degree preferred
  • Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in emerging technologies
  • Experience implementing and utilizing AI tools to enhance work processes
