Sales Representative

• Sell construction products in the assigned territory of Kansas
• Prepare written sales planning materials regarding potential customers and forecasting
• Develop new customer accounts by promoting the value of the employer's products
• Negotiate pricing, prepare bids and proposals, and maintain customer contact
• Compile data on market trends, competitive products, and pricing

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience in civil engineering, construction, or sales
• Superior listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Open to travel and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• High energy level with the ability to work long hours
• Creative drive and results-oriented mindset
• Experience in selling technical products to diverse clientele
• Ability to thrive as an independent self-starter
