What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage sales activities within the East Region of the United States, including leading the regional sales team and generating new business
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key account customers, particularly in the Municipal Water & Wastewater sector
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and ensure timely follow-up on leads generated for key accounts
  • Attend and participate in regional and national conferences, delivering technical presentations when required
  • Collaborate with Operations to define project requirements and assist in contract interpretation for key accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Wastewater industry with a focus on sales to Municipalities
  • Proven ability to identify and acquire new key accounts successfully
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong listening abilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in sales management and tracking databases
  • Demonstrated leadership and initiative in a sales environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Ability to build strong relationships across functions with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
