- Hands‑on experience with sales engagement platforms, particularly Apollo.io or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive funnel optimization and performance improvements
- Experience in mentoring junior sales representatives and promoting a collaborative culture
- Proficiency in using AI-driven insights and data enrichment tools to enhance sales productivity
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational dynamics
