Sr. Benefits Consultant - Voluntary

• Salary range up to $300k+ including base salary and target incentive compensation

• Build and maintain consulting relationships with national, regional, and local employee benefit broker partners
• Consult with producers to enhance their existing book of business and develop new opportunities
• Identify and develop new consulting relationships to acquire new clients in the assigned market
• Serve as a subject matter expert on enrollment technology solutions and product offerings
• Provide ongoing training and development for producers and agencies to achieve sales objectives

• Minimum 2 years of experience selling voluntary benefits
• Established broker network within the defined territory
• Ability to travel 2-3 days per week on average
• Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  Life & health licensing required (must obtain upon hire if not currently licensed)
• Strong customer focus and proactive approach to driving success

• Experience working with technology partners and enrollment firms
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in previous roles
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a team
• Familiarity with workplace group and individual insurance products
• Excellent communication and training skills
