- Build and maintain consulting relationships with national, regional, and local employee benefit broker partners
- Consult with producers to enhance their existing book of business and develop new opportunities
- Identify and develop new consulting relationships to acquire new clients in the assigned market
- Serve as a subject matter expert on enrollment technology solutions and product offerings
- Provide ongoing training and development for producers and agencies to achieve sales objectives
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling voluntary benefits
- Established broker network within the defined territory
- Ability to travel 2-3 days per week on average
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
Life & health licensing required (must obtain upon hire if not currently licensed) - Strong customer focus and proactive approach to driving success
- Experience working with technology partners and enrollment firms
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in previous roles
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a team
- Familiarity with workplace group and individual insurance products
- Excellent communication and training skills
