- Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with assigned territory

- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying leads and closing sales

Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and partners - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and lead virtual resources
- Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales‑related field preferred
- Experience with identity security solutions or related technologies
- Familiarity with competitive products such as Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt
- Established network within the industry or territory
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Previous experience in a role requiring business travel
