- Collaborate with Account Executives to establish a strong sales pipeline and execute territory growth plans
- Present compelling product insights and workflows that demonstrate how Trimble technology meets business needs
- Stay informed about the structural fabrication landscape to provide trusted advice to steel professionals
- Navigate complex presentations, negotiations, and sales processes at various organizational levels
- Deep understanding of workflows within structural steel fabrication operations
- Proven ability to navigate complex presentations, communications, and negotiations
- Experience working effectively in a high-performing team environment
- 3+ years of successful software sales experience within the construction or AECO industry
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and digital productivity tools like Google Suite
- Direct experience or technical knowledge of Tekla Power Fab, Tekla EPM, or Fabsuite software
- Strong collaborative mindset with experience in high-performance team settings
- Familiarity with digital construction solutions and industry trends
