What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Develop and execute business plans aligned with assigned territory
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Lead technical resources to demonstrate the advantages of SailPoint's solutions to customers
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying leads and closing sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in tech or software solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

    Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and partners
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and lead virtual resources
  • Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales‑related field preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with identity security solutions or related technologies
  • Familiarity with competitive products such as Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt
  • Established network within the industry or territory
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Previous experience in a role requiring business travel
