• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage the contract renewal cycle, ensuring customers renew at an escalated ARR rate
• Achieve a quota of new sales growth within the customer base
• Identify whitespace in accounts and create value‑based presentations to promote upgrades and cross‑sells
• Provide high‑touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed

• 2+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management or net new logo capacity, selling to a technical audience
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Strong ability to manage full sales cycle, handle objections, and close deals
• Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in a quota‑carrying role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through various forms of client and internal interactions

• Security or SaaS experience is a plus
