- Stay informed on market trends and product changes to enhance competitive edge
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, or a two-year post-high school diploma/certificate with at least seven years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in capital equipment manufacturing within the packaging industry; end of line packaging equipment sales experience preferred
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills
- Broad knowledge of automation applications and technologies, with the ability to read blueprints
- Willingness to travel extensively by air or car (80%)
- Experience selling at the highest levels of Fortune 500 companies
- Strong adaptability to take on additional responsibilities as needed
