What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with leadership to create and execute regional and territory sales plans
  • Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships to address needs and increase sales
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide detailed customer requirements for proposals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale by acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams
  • Stay informed on market trends and product changes to enhance competitive edge
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, or a two-year post-high school diploma/certificate with at least seven years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in capital equipment manufacturing within the packaging industry; end of line packaging equipment sales experience preferred
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills
  • Broad knowledge of automation applications and technologies, with the ability to read blueprints
  • Willingness to travel extensively by air or car (80%)
