What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive credit applications and sales to meet/exceed goals
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships with Region, District, and Store levels
  • Communicate credit performance and share best practices during Regional and District meetings
  • Conduct ongoing credit training and support store events as needed
  • Collaborate with internal functional leaders to align credit strategies with client priorities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in Financial Services or Retail Store Management, or HS diploma/GED with 5+ years' experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Client Relationship Management experience
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Willing to travel up to 75% of the time

  • Previous Field Sales experience
  • Strong finance business/industry acumen
