What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Recruit and hire a world-class team of enterprise sellers, ensuring timely onboarding and budget adherence
  • Manage and enable enterprise sellers to achieve key productivity metrics and growth milestones

    Develop and execute an account strategy to drive collaborative team selling and strong execution
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver effective product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on retention and upsell opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software solutions
  • At least 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business growth
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex sales deals with multiple decision‑makers
  • Proven experience in closing high-value transactions, including deals of $200K+ and transactions above $1M+
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business value
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies such as Force Management, Challenger Sale, or MEDDIC
  • Experience establishing strong relationships with executive-level partners and customers
  • A hunter mentality with direct experience in creating new demand and customer acquisition
  • Strong accountability for consistent over-achievement in sales performance
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced sales environment
