Develop and execute an account strategy to drive collaborative team selling and strong execution - Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver effective product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on retention and upsell opportunities
- Minimum of 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software solutions
- At least 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business growth
- Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex sales deals with multiple decision‑makers
- Proven experience in closing high-value transactions, including deals of $200K+ and transactions above $1M+
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business value
- Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies such as Force Management, Challenger Sale, or MEDDIC
- Experience establishing strong relationships with executive-level partners and customers
- A hunter mentality with direct experience in creating new demand and customer acquisition
- Strong accountability for consistent over-achievement in sales performance
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced sales environment
