What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Attend labor conferences and events to promote the employer and develop relationships within the labor sector
  • Drive the sales process from initial discovery to closing deals autonomously
  • Collaborate with legal teams on contract negotiations and final signatures
  • Identify and nurture new leads in the labor sector, converting them into qualified sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in labor unions and public sector organizations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in labor sales with established relationships
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time
  • Expertise in healthcare, self-insured employers, health benefits, or digital musculoskeletal solutions
  • Strong public speaking skills, with the ability to present confidently to groups
  • Experience in a startup or digital point solution environment is a plus

  • Proven track record of successful sales in the labor sector
  • Familiarity with disease management and digital health technologies
  • Experience working with public sector organizations
