- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10+ years in a related sales position with a record of success
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Advanced organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build one‑on‑one relationships with customers and identify their business needs
- Advanced negotiation skills with a natural ability to persuade and persist
- General computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
- Strong executive communication skills for managing internal and external expectations
