Position: Regional Vice President-Retirement Plan Sales (Sacramento)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide consultative sales services to partners, focusing on educating customers about retirement products and services
  • Develop and manage a large territory to uncover new sources of business
  • Ensure quota attainment to meet sales targets and drive customer satisfaction
  • Continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and competitive intelligence
  • Proactively seek opportunities to mentor others and enhance the success of the sales teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Securities licenses 6, 63, and 65 required
  • 5+ years of experience in a field/outside sales role selling retirement plan products (401k, 403B, 457, mutual funds)
  • Must have experience traveling and managing a territory
  • Proven results in sales with demonstrable quota attainment and strong prospecting skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with retirement plans and wholesaling
  • Excellent driving record required; must be insurable under corporate insurance carrier
  • Finalist presentation experience
