What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the employer’s products, solutions, and value propositions
  • Gather customer business needs to tailor the right solutions using the employer’s products
  • Create solution proposals, presentations, and other customer communications
  • Combat competitive threats and educate potential customers on the employer’s key values and benefits
  • Lead or participate in customer‑facing meetings and maintain excellent relationships with partners and prospects
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • B.S. or similar technical degree, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or Information Services
  • 1‑3 years of working experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in sales or a pre‑sales environment
  • Experience at a SaaS company or familiarity with Drupal and cloud architectures
  • Passion for the web and open‑source development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a desire to understand technical solutions in depth
  • Experience presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences, including C‑level executives
  • Demonstrated good questioning techniques and effective interpretation skills for understanding customer use cases
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with AI tools to enhance processes
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment
