- Present Lumin Digital’s value proposition through compelling demonstrations and strategic communications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive B2B sales experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology-driven services
- At least 5 years of experience in the digital banking or financial technology sector
- Proven success in closing complex, high-value B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong executive presence and ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with senior-level decision-makers
- Exceptional strategic communication and advanced presentation skills
- Proven negotiation abilities with a history of closing deals aligned with organizational goals
- Advanced technical aptitude, proficient with Microsoft Office and industry-standard sales technologies
- Strong analytical skills, leveraging market trends and client feedback to evolve sales strategies
