• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field (work experience may substitute for degree)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in educational technology
• Strong leadership and people skills for effective relationship‑building
• Proficiency in CRM tools, with Salesforce experience preferred
• Ability to identify problems and develop innovative solutions

• Previous experience working with school administrators or in the education sector
• Familiarity with educational pedagogy and market trends in Ed Tech
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and achieving targets
• Strong analytical skills for accurate forecasting and reporting
