- Build a pipeline of prospects and manage the sales stages from initiation to closure
- Generate a list of prospective churches through research, cold-calling, and networking
- Visit 30-40 churches per month in person to establish relationships and close deals
- Educate prospects about the employer’s products and services through presentations and demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales initiatives and manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience
- Experience selling technology solutions, preferably SaaS
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Proven track record in new business development and cold-calling
- Familiarity with managing prospects through a CRM application
- Experience in the faith sector and understanding of church culture and market
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to influence decisions
- Self‑motivated, creative, and flexible in approach
- Strong computer skills, including Mac OSX and Google Platforms
