Position: Senior Outside Sales Representative (Monterrey-based)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and aggressively pursue new B2B opportunities within target verticals such as CPG, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, and Retail
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and cold calling to contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design scalable, profitable logistics solutions
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline within the CRM and represent the brand at industry events
  • Navigate complex contract cycles while ensuring alignment with customer needs and company profitability
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of proven success within the 3PL industry
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales quotas

    Proficiency in CRM tools and an understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
  • Exceptional presentation skills for diverse audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in high-stakes conflict resolution
  • Strong networking skills with a focus on building long‑term relationships
  • Familiarity with market trends and regulatory changes in logistics
  • Ability to pivot effectively between different levels of client interactions
  • Previous attendance at industry trade shows and networking events
