What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive awareness and adoption of new products for assigned clients in the Emerging Enterprise Segment
  • Build and manage relationships, including contract renewals, with existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for program improvement and expansion
  • Conduct product demonstrations and own the upsell sales process
  • Manage contractual processes and negotiations at the executive level
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality/restaurant industry or B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of action‑oriented, client‑focused results
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in PC skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite, CRM, and data analytics tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with legal contracts and contract negotiations
  • Previous experience in a technology‑driven sales environment
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting benchmark analyses and identifying growth opportunities
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations and the digital sales landscape
