Job Responsibilities:

• Own the strategic direction and coverage of the regional map, ensuring total territory coverage
• Maintain and nurture relationships with the installed base to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers to evaluate needs and identify areas for improvement
• Identify upgrade sales opportunities and sell solutions, consumables, and accessories to drive revenue growth
• Provide continuous support throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring customers receive necessary services and support

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of professional customer-facing experience in medical equipment, with specific knowledge of the assigned territory
• Proven track record of selling at both the clinical and C-suite levels
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Familiarity with oncology, radiotherapy, IMRT, radiosurgery, and medical physics

• Knowledge of the Accuray product portfolio
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technology effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Dynamic, proactive, and driven to achieve high levels of accomplishment
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
