- Build and maintain relationships with Enterprise and Strategic customers pre and post‑sale
- Conduct product demonstrations and lead onboarding sessions to drive product adoption

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and measure adoption efforts and marketing campaigns
- Track business impact and report findings to cross‑functional stakeholders
- 5-6 years of experience in sales, account management, and/or solution engineering roles
- Proven ability to manage Enterprise and Franchise level initiatives with effective communication
- Experience in qualifying, sourcing, upselling, negotiating, and closing deals
- Technical expertise in product demonstrations and post‑sale troubleshooting
- Ability to thrive in a quota‑driven environment with creativity and minimal direction
- Understanding of SaaS subscription models, particularly in the home services industry
- Experience in relationship building and communicating value propositions effectively
- Demonstrated excellence in cross‑functional communication across multiple functions
