What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build and maintain relationships with Enterprise and Strategic customers pre and post‑sale
  • Conduct product demonstrations and lead onboarding sessions to drive product adoption
  • Gather customer feedback to prioritize future product features and enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and measure adoption efforts and marketing campaigns
  • Track business impact and report findings to cross‑functional stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-6 years of experience in sales, account management, and/or solution engineering roles
  • Proven ability to manage Enterprise and Franchise level initiatives with effective communication
  • Experience in qualifying, sourcing, upselling, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Technical expertise in product demonstrations and post‑sale troubleshooting
  • Ability to thrive in a quota‑driven environment with creativity and minimal direction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Understanding of SaaS subscription models, particularly in the home services industry
  • Experience in relationship building and communicating value propositions effectively
  • Demonstrated excellence in cross‑functional communication across multiple functions
