What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Execute all aspects of sales, market development, and strategic planning for company products
  • Engage with healthcare professionals in key practice settings such as hospitals and dialysis centers
  • Promote the benefits of company products to nephrologists, nurses, and other key customers
  • Analyze sales performance and adjust business strategies as needed
  • Maintain detailed call records and submit necessary reports
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in nephrology, renal, and/or dialysis
  • Proven track record as a top sales performer
  • Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
  • Experience in account management within a competitive marketplace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in renal, dialysis, nephrology, specialty pharma, or rare disease sales
  • Familiarity with Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) systems
