Position: Regional Sales Director - South Central US

Responsibilities
  • Own full strategic direction and coverage of the regional sales map
  • Manage and nurture relationships with the installed customer base to maintain loyalty and satisfaction
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to evaluate customer needs and satisfaction
  • Identify and capitalize on upgrade sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Provide continuous support throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction from initial sale to post-sales activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years of professional customer-facing experience in medical equipment
  • Proven track record of selling at both the clinical and C-suite levels
  • Knowledge of oncology, radiotherapy, IMRT, radiosurgery, and medical physics
  • Ability to engage positively with colleagues from various departments to achieve common goals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Accuray product portfolio
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technology effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Dynamic, proactive, and driven to high levels of accomplishment
